Our Mercerized yarn undergoes a specialized process, resulting in increased lustre, improved strength, and exceptional dye absorption.  

 
Count Range:  

• Single Yarn – Ne 30/1 to Ne 80/1  
• Double Yarn – Ne 2/30 to Ne 2/160  
• Eli-Twist Yarn – Ne 2/60 to Ne 2/160  

 
Product Range:  

• Combed compact yarn  
• Ready for dyeing (RFD), White and Dyed version of mercerised yarn in Cone and Hank.  
  Production Capacity:  
• 60 tons / month

• Installed latest imported make Reeling machine to produce hank up to 1 kg weight.  
• Installed Imported M/s. Jaeggli Extensa make Mercerising machine from Italy.
